Amber wing
This piece displays an insect in amber. Identified as a moth fly, I used an illustration to match the wing design setting to the species in amber.

Designed, constructed, and finished using a variety of power tools and adhesives. A motor attached to the wheel causes the bear to pedal!

The bottom part of this piece is a brooch from the 1920s. Additional elements in keeping with the original style were added to make the brooch into a pendant.
